We will gradually change our system to a more professional stance for those who seek support while using our platform. We are going to have a dedicated website where you can connect your wallet and open a ticket for your issue so that our Moderators will help in the most private and secure way. No more asking for help in a support channel and receive unsolicited messages from strangers impersonating as mods. No more calls from fake "THENA Support Center"s. No need to provide wallet addresses through DMs. No fear of talking to scammers while seeking help. You can now open a ticket on the main site and track your progress directly there. Alternatively, for those who seek support on Discord, you can open a ticket on ⁠🎫︱open-a-ticket and follow the progress there. We will not remove the current public support channels for a few more weeks and use this time as a transition period for the new system. Afterwards, those channels will be removed and users will be able to open a ticket directly from our website or on Discord.
